CE Construction SW was founded by Charlie Elliott to deliver dependable groundworks and civils with the standards, communication and attention to detail every project deserves.
With over 10 years across groundworks, commercial construction and project delivery, including leading the Beacon Quay refurbishment in Torquay from start to finish, Charlie runs every job himself. You deal with the person doing the work, not a salesman.

What areas do you cover?
We're based in Torbay and work across Torquay, Paignton, Brixham, Newton Abbot, Totnes and the rest of South Devon, and further across Devon and the South West for the right project.
Who will manage my job?
Director Charlie Elliott manages every job personally. He holds an NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management and SMSTS, so you deal directly with the person responsible for your work.
Are you insured?
Yes. CE Construction SW is a fully insured, VAT-registered limited company. Insurance details are available on request.
Do you work for builders and main contractors?
Yes. As well as homeowners, we deliver groundworks and civils packages for local builders, developers and main contractors, working to your programme and drawings.
Do you provide RAMS and site documentation?
Yes. Every job comes with site-specific risk assessments and method statements, COSHH assessments and operative briefings, whatever its size.
